• This deposit is to seal your appointment, it goes toward your service. If you cancel your appointment the day of your deposit will not be refunded

(Look at booking directions on my ig highlights @naildbyjaye before booking! you will not be service you if show up without my confirmation or deposit)
LATE POLICY
• Communication is key things happen! I understand but No call No show is not acceptable if this does happen you will be required to pay a higher deposit fee or you will be banned from booking!
• If you are running late please let me know I don’t bite! I have a 15 minute grace period if you are more than 20 minutes late we can discuss rescheduling you to a different day or later time your deposit will not be refunded
• It’s unfair to other clients to have their appointment pushed back because you are late!
